How Much Physical Training Is Enough?
When it comes to physical activity, a little bit can help you get started, but you will want to increase your activity over time to enjoy the maximum benefits. According to Scientific American, adults between the ages of 18 and 64 should engage in moderate physical activity for 2.5 hours each week or vigorous activity for least 1.25 hours each week. The longer and more vigorously you exercise, the greater your benefits will be. Of course, you should engage in exercise according to your current level of fitness and health.
